How long does a custom build take?

It depends on scope. We lock a fixed timeline once the requirements document is signed off — not before.

Can I go live before my payment gateway is approved?

Yes. Every store launches with Cash on Delivery enabled from day one. Online gateways (Paymob, Fawry) activate once your merchant account is approved by the provider — typically 2-4 weeks. Final approval is determined solely by the gateway, not by us.

What's included at launch?

Custom brand application, your first 50 products migrated with full variants, up to 3 rounds of design revisions, first-year domain registration, and Cash on Delivery wired alongside your chosen payment gateways.

What happens after handoff?

We don't hand off and disappear. Every build includes dashboard training and priority technical support after launch — and for custom builds, the same team that built your system stays on to extend it.

Should I start with Prebuilt or go Custom?

Start with Prebuilt if an existing system already fits your business — it's real production infrastructure, not a placeholder, and it deploys fastest. Go Custom if your operation has a bottleneck no template fits. You can also do both: every prebuilt system is a starting point, not a ceiling — the same team extends it when you outgrow it.
